Purpose of the website

Ventayan is an ecommerce website offering consumer products including massagers, home and décor products, pet products and other general retail goods.

The website provides product information, online ordering, payment, customer support, tracking, cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges and related services.

Registered office and returns

The Barcelona registered office is not a public shop, fulfilment warehouse or return centre.

Do not send a product return to the registered office. Contact scales@ventayan.com and use the approved prepaid return label and destination supplied by Ventayan.

Prices and delivery charges

Prices for the UK storefront are displayed in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where required.

Standard shipping is free. Ventayan covers applicable import duties and customs charges for eligible deliveries so customers should not be asked to pay an additional import charge on delivery.
